They’re rich, they’re beautiful, and they’re everywhere you look—and they could change quicker than you think. They’re—you guessed it—celebrity couples, and everybody is interested in them. Here are some quick facts about different types of celebrity couples, as well as where you can find out more “information” about your favorite celebs.

Even though Hollywood is known for quickly fading romances, there are a good number of celebrities who have been married for more than ten years. Stars like John Travolta and Kelly Preston have enjoyed a 13-year marriage, and actors Samuel L. Jackson and LaTanya Richardson have been married for about 25 years (see, it is possible to have a real commitment in Hollywood!). Other stars that have succeeded in making their marriages work include Mel Gibson and his wife Robyn Moore, who have been hitched since 1980; for years the veteran acting couple Ruby Dee and the late Ossie Davis enjoyed 56 (that’s right, 56) years of marriage before Mr. Davis passed away in 2005.

Just like us ‘civilians’ are excited to see a couple that has just gotten married, we’re even more interested in seeing which celebs are tying the knot. Of course, one of the most famous newlywed couples is Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey, who aired their first two years of marriage for America to criticize on the hit MTV reality show, ‘Newlyweds-Nick and Jessica.’ Other celebs that have said ‘I do’ less than five years ago include Courtney Cox (of the Hit TV show, ‘Friends’) and actor husband David Arquette, performer Britney Spears and dancer hubby Kevin Federline, and actress Carmen Electra and rocker husband Dave Navarro of Jane’s Addiction. Most of the newlywed celebs are also working to extend their families—Cox and Arquette have a baby girl, CoCo, and Spears and Federline have just welcomed the birth of a healthy baby boy.

Then, there are those celebs who ‘might’ be dating. Are they together? Have they broken up? Were they ever together to begin with? Rumor has it that stars Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake shared a brief romance (pre-Wardrobe Malfunction), and Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria and N-Sync band member J.C. Chasez dated for a while earlier this year. Who can keep up? It’s much more comforting to know that there are still movie, television, and music stars that believe in commitment—but if you just can’t help finding out a little more gossip on your favorite celebrities and their love lives, check out sites like www.eonline.com/Gossip and www.celebhoo.com, and www.extratv.warnerbros.com.
